TISSUES
Tissues
A tissue is a group of specialised cells that have the same structure and carry out a particular function.
Cell specialisation occurs after cell division where the newly produced cells are structurally altered to allow them to carry out their specific functions.

Types of specialised cells include:

Red blood cells

Neurons (nerve cells)

Muscle cells

There are four types of tissues:
